Drawing on her extensive training in the healing arts, global ancestral guidance, and multi-decade study of music and spiritual practices, Jo-Anne will lead participants through gentle movement, a guided meditation, and an intuitively-led harmonic experience using singing bowls, drums, gongs, sacred songs, and more.
While lying down, or in a supported seat, you’ll be invited to release energetic burdens and reclaim clarity, equanimity, and ease. All will receive distance reiki healing to guide the energetic body back to a relaxed internal state.
