The Akashic Records are an energetic database of every thought and emotion your boundless soul has experienced throughout space and time (past, present, and future). In a reading, you can access this wisdom to seek guidance on whatever concerns you may be working through in the present. Akashic Records Readings are not meant to predict the future since free will is an important aspect of the practice, but you can seek out the reasons for "why" certain situations may be happening and also ask for practical tips to help you navigate current issues.

At the beginning of our session, I’ll say an opening prayer to connect to your Akashic Records. Once your records are open, I’ll have temporary access to them and you’ll be able to ask any questions you want through this powerful connection. We’ll communicate directly with your cosmic team to receive the messages that you’re meant to hear at this time. Healing is received while you are in the elevated, loving, and compassionate vibration of the Akash. Afterwards, I’ll say a closing prayer, which will close off my access to your records.

The actual time in the Akashic Records will be about 50 minutes, allowing for discussion and consultation at the beginning, and integration and questions at the end of each session.

Reiki is a gentle healing technique that creates space to bring you back to an optimal state of vitality. We will co-create energetic balance, promoting deep calm, relaxation, and clarity. Reiki can either be done in-person or sent from a distance since it is an energy that transcends the constraints of space and time. In-person sessions may also include gentle craniosacral bodywork. Scientific studies have shown that Reiki treatments can significantly reduce stress and anxiety and can also help with pain and depression.

At the beginning of our meeting, we can discuss any specific issues you may want to focus on. You’ll then be able to lie down or sit comfortably to receive the Reiki healing energy. Every session I give is unique because I tune into your individual energetic landscape and channel the vibrational healing meant to be received in that moment. Each session also includes a customized sound experience, using singing bowls, chimes, medicine songs, and more to help restore balance and awaken and empower your own energetic gifts.
