Immerse yourself in a transcendent sonic journey, led by reiki master and sound healer Jo-Anne Suriel, to help bring your mind, body, and spirit back into alignment. Drawing on her extensive training in the healing arts, global ancestral guidance, and multi-decade study of spirituality and wellness practices, Jo-Anne will lead participants through gentle movement, a guided meditation, and an intuitively-led harmonic experience using singing bowls, drums, gongs, chimes, sacred songs, and more.
While lying down on the floor, or in a supported seat, participants will be invited to let go of tension and let in a deep sense of calm. Participants will receive distance reiki healing to return the energetic body to a state of balance. This experience is designed to help activate your inner courage and strengthen your intuitive gifts.
