Reiki Master and Sound Healer, Jo-Anne Suriel, will lead participants through gentle movement, a guided meditation, and an intuitively-led harmonic experience using singing bowls, drums, chimes, sacred songs, and more.
From the comfort of home, participants will receive distance Reiki healing to return the energetic body to a state of dynamic balance. This experience is designed to harmonize the nervous system, restore calm, and activate inner courage.
